Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery date
- Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags must be attached and packaging included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Contact Lenses (opened or unopened)
- Face Covers and Eye Masks
- Any opened makeup or cosmetic accessories
- Crazy Hair Day products that have been opened
- Custom or personalized items
🔄 How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package Your Items Securely
Include the original packaging, tags, and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
